After he was punished and killed for his crimes (such as taking over Octagonia, turning his victims into monsters and brainwashing and corrupting Jade, the Princess of Heliodor), Booga somehow came back from the dead as a ghost to haunt all humans and other monsters alike. Although he is scary towards children and some teens and adults (because of how horrific and hideous he is), he is a nuisance to other teens and adults. Even in death, he often calls himself "The Brightest and Most Beautiful of the Spectral Sentinels" (due to his inability to recognize his own ugliness) and is still a pervert whenever he easily falls for women (just like when he was alive). Despite his perverted nature, he still has a crush on Boodica.
